We support young people aged 12-25 in areas such as mental health, justice, homelessness, drug and alcohol support and school engagement.
We work together with young people to build connections and empower them to face some of life’s big challenges.
We have a range of youth services and programs to support young people through challenging times.

Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs
Support and information for young people who are concerned about their alcohol or drug use, or impacted by alcohol and other drugs.
Youth Justice Support programs
For young people who are involved with, or considered at-risk of involvement with, the justice system.
Youth Homelessness
A range of services for young people who have nowhere to live or whose housing is unstable, including crisis housing and financial support.
Leaving Care (Better Futures)
For young people up to the age of 21, who were previously living in Out of Home Care.
Navigator
A free and confidential service helping young people aged between 12-17 years to re-engage and transition back to school.
