Robyn Hayles is the CEO of Meli. Robyn brings extensive executive and CEO experience across complex organisations in health and community services. She has dedicated her career to improving wellbeing through high-quality support and care, with a strong focus on strategic leadership, governance, and empowering teams. Robyn is committed to driving meaningful outcomes for individuals and communities through inclusive, person-centred approaches.

Anneliese is a psychologist and executive leader with demonstrated experience in the not for profit and government sectors in the areas of corporate services, education, early years and community services. As the Executive Director of People and Capability, Anneliese is responsible for leading a directorate focused on building Meli to be a dynamic, learning and inclusive organisation.

Chris is Meli’s Executive Director Finance & Infrastructure and Company Secretary. Chris has extensive experience leading in complex and dynamic environments, including in community services; public health; private health insurance; banking and financial services; information technology services and professional services.

Bernadette has over thirty years’ experience in the social services field with much of that time working and managing across the domestic violence, community mental health, child, family and complex needs sectors.

With formal training in Education and Social Work, Bernadette is passionate in ensuring under resourced communities gain greater access to assets and their needs are better represented by those in decision making roles.

Creating social systems that support and complement, are fundamental to what drives Bernadette’s professional life and she works hard at strategic partnerships that enable these alignments.

Lisa-Jane has over 30 years’ experience in the Health, Disability, and Community Services Sectors as a practitioner, manager, and senior leader.

As Executive Director, Outcomes & Strategic Engagement at Meli, she is responsible for leading key portfolio areas including quality, practice development, outcomes, evaluation, research, communications, and strategic engagement.

Lisa-Jane is drawn to work that is complex and challenging and is focussed on data driven and systematic approaches to improving client experience and outcomes while preventing and addressing inequality and harm.
