Here at Meli, we are celebrating one year since BCYF and Bethany came together as one united organisation.
In our first year since we merged, we have responded to more than 30,000 calls from people in need of emergency relief, housing and homelessness support, Gambler’s Help, foster and kinship care, family violence intervention, youth and family services, financial counselling, and other crucial supports.
And we have also welcomed thousands of families into our network of 30 kindergartens.
This month some of our almost 800-strong staff cohort came together at Eastern Gardens to celebrate the major milestone of uniting as one to best serve our community.
One person at a time, Meli is supporting our local community so everyone can thrive.
