Meet Bernadette McCartney!

Bernadette is a senior leadership staff member at Meli who is keen to learn directly from people who have lived experiences using Meli’s services. Bernadette wants to understand what is working well at Meli, and where we can make changes to improve our services for everyone.
People with experience of using Meli’s services are invited to meet with Bernadette for approximately two hours for an informal discussion in a small group setting. Bernadette will ask questions such as:

  • What do you like best about Meli?
  • How can Meli improve?

Bernadette will listen. She will use the knowledge and experience that clients share to identify key areas for improvement.

In recognition of clients’ expertise and their time, clients will receive a gift voucher to the value of $50 per hour after their meeting.

If you’re interested in meeting with Bernadette, we would love to hear from you. We can work with you to identify any supports that may be helpful for you as part of the process.
